Twine

Two lives, one thread.

Twine is one private, shared space for a couple. It is where the two of you plan your next date, keep a wishlist of places you want to go, save the photos and moments worth remembering, and line up the shows and films you mean to watch together. No feeds, no followers, no audience; just the two of you.

What you can do

Plan datesPropose a plan, pick a place and time, and add it to your phone calendar. Your partner sees it and can say yes.
Places wishlistKeep a running list of restaurants, trips, and spots you both want to visit, and tick them off together.
Photo memoriesSave photos from the days that mattered, with the place they happened, in a shared timeline.
Watch togetherA shared TV and movie watchlist so you always have something queued up for the two of you.
Secret wishesQuietly note something you are hoping for. It stays private to you until you choose to share it.
Surprise datesPlan a surprise without spoiling it. The reveal is yours to time.

Private by design

Everything you put in Twine, your dates, memories, wishes, and surprises, is end-to-end encrypted on your phone before it ever leaves the device. Only the two of you hold the keys, so no one else, not the server, not the developer, can read your content. We only ever see encrypted data and the minimum routing information needed to sync it between your two phones.

When you first pair, Twine gives you a 12-word recovery phrase. It is the one thing that can restore your shared space on a new phone, so keep it somewhere safe. Because of this design, we cannot recover your content for you; that is the point.

How pairing works

Twine is built for exactly two people. You create your space, invite your partner with a one-time code, and from then on the space is shared privately between your two devices. You can leave or switch partners, and you can delete your account at any time.
